To connect to an external database, go to data sources (found in Guru mode). In the upper right hand corner there is a drop down menu for type of data source. Select External DB. Connecting to MySQL requires an ODBC connector in the form of an XML file. In the center of the page you can upload the connection string. For help, you can click “Quick Start Guide”.
