Snappii apps are native to iOS and Android devices. Soon we will also support HTML5. Web apps will greatly expand the list of compatible devices including PC and Windows devices.
How do I get training for building my app?

Why don’t I see my changes in the preview app?
To see your changes in the preview app, please make sure you have saved the app in the editor. Once the app is saved, refresh the preview app and you will see your changes on the mobile device.
Do invited users have to choose between development and production versions?
No. Invited users will only see the production version of the app. Development versions are exclusively for app creators.
What is the difference between development and production data?
Development and production data separate real data from test data that is captured by your app.
How does email function work?
Snappii apps can automatically send emails when forms are completed. There is also the option to share via email which uses the device’s default email app to send emails.
How does SMS feature work?
The SMS element uses the device’s native messaging app to send SMS messages.
Does your platform support smart watches?
No. We do not currently offer support for smart watches.
Can we show PowerPoint slides to our Apps?
On Android you can open PowerPoint document using “JS Plugin”. The document can be opened for a direct link if use Google Docs. Are the free apps actually free?
Yes, our free apps are 100% free forever. We do however recommend that if you depend on the app daily, you should purchase a support plan for the app. These plans start at $5 per month, per user. Free apps do not include live support.
